Hello all.  Love n Light ,Smoothie n dog time.  They lick me with abandon and stir at their itchy bits testing my resolve,  as I practice sitting.  I'm going to do sports massage this morning with a new running clinic.  I'm in awe of these folks and their running ways,  on to the next big goal, having just met the previous one.

I'm giving a kind of improv talk/demo on therapeutic rubs in the hospital following the clinc to a volunteer group.  This is the first time presenting on this level and I feel a wee more confident having highlighted some passages from Ashley Montagu's  Touching:the Human Signifigance of Skin.

A big HALLO to Paul of the 90 day challenge whose mention of Matt Furey and Hindu squats moved me to do them a little here and there throughout the day.  My back nolonger gives me fits when sitting.  It's strong like bull.  Thanks!  Over and out good buddies
